Scope of Work
FTS Cleanrooms was entrusted with the complete cleanroom setup for GABRI LABS, ensuring a controlled and contamination-free environment critical for nasal spray formulation and packaging. Our scope included the design, supply, and installation of ISO 7 and ISO 8 cleanroom partitions, enabling precise environmental control to meet stringent pharmaceutical manufacturing standards. With advanced engineering and high-quality materials, we established a production space that upholds sterility and compliance, facilitating seamless and efficient nasal spray manufacturing.
In addition to cleanroom construction, we provided a state-of-the-art water generation system to meet the stringent requirements of pharmaceutical-grade water essential for formulation processes. Our expertise also extended to the integration of cartonators, ensuring an automated and efficient packaging system for nasal spray products.
