Scope of Work
FTS Cleanrooms was entrusted with the complete cleanroom setup for WELL PHARMA’s IV solution manufacturing plant, ensuring a contamination-free environment essential for sterile production. Our scope included the design, supply, and installation of ISO 7 and ISO 8 cleanroom partitions, maintaining strict environmental controls to meet international regulatory standards. By integrating high-quality materials and advanced engineering techniques, we created a sterile and controlled space that supports precision-driven IV fluid production.
In addition to cleanroom construction, we implemented a specialized HVAC system designed to regulate temperature, humidity, and airflow, ensuring optimal environmental conditions for sterile manufacturing. Our scope also included the supply and integration of isolators, providing an additional layer of containment and protection for critical processes. With a focus on compliance, efficiency, and operational excellence, FTS Cleanrooms delivered a turnkey cleanroom solution that enables WELL PHARMA to maintain the highest standards of sterility and product safety.
