The Gulf Inject project involved designing, supplying, and installing clean room partitions, cleaning room equipment, and modifying existing facilities in a running plant. The Gulf Inject project was successfully completed within the agreed timeframe of 4 months.

The Gulf Inject project focused on the construction and outfitting of a state-of-the-art clean room facility within an operational plant.

The scope of work included:

  • Clean Room Partition: Designing and installing clean room partitions to create segregated areas for different manufacturing processes and maintain controlled environments.
  • Clean Room Equipment: Supplying and installing specialized cleanroom equipment such as laminar flow hoods, HEPA filters, air showers, pass-through chambers, and temperature and humidity control systems.

Modification of Existing Facilities: Implementing necessary modifications to the existing plant infrastructure to accommodate the clean room requirements, including HVAC upgrades, electrical installations, and plumbing modifications

The Gulf Inject project presented several challenges due to the requirement of working within an operating plant. These challenges included:
