We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Indian, Arabic, and Filipino professionals who can drive growth and build strong client relationships across the GCC market. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining key client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of GCC market trends, and the ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Business Development Executive Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the GCC region.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly targets.
    • Conducting market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads.
    • Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
    • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
    • Representing the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Business Development Executive Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
• 4-5 years of proven business development experience in the GCC region.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
• Valid GCC driving license (preferred).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Ability to analyse market data and develop strategic sales plans.
